Suicide Awareness / Prevention

On June 1st, 2018, my family lost another member to suicide.

My heart hurts deeply. I took a week to spend time with family and focus on my own mental health while processing and attempting to heal from this tragic loss.

While this is a deeply personal matter, I wanted to take a moment to briefly share with you my heart, my thoughts, and my plea to anyone else who is struggling or suffering.

If you are hurting, if you are struggling, if you are battling with any disease, addiction, or demon of your own, I urge you to please reach out to someone who can help you. Know that you are loved, and that you are worth it. Please.
